3 lb Pork roast*, up to 4
Salt and pepper
1 c Ground for finely chopped
cranberries
1/4 c Honey
1 t Grated orange peel
1/8 t Ground cloves
1/8 t Ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow-cooking pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. cover and cook on low
