INSTRUCTIONS
If desired, freeze cranberries and mint leaves in an ice ring. In a punch
bowl combine water, cranberry juice concentrate, pineapple juice
concentrate, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently. Slowly pour the
chilled ginger ale down the side of the punch bowl; stir gently. Remove ice
ring from mold and carefully slide it into the punch. Makes 12 (6-ounce)
servings
