INGREDIENTS
2 | Raspberry jello | |
1 | Unflavored gelatin, soften | |
2 | c | Water, boiling |
16 | oz | Whole cranberry sauce |
8 3/8 | oz | Crushed pineapple |
3/4 | c | Port wine |
1/4 | c | Walnuts, chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and wine. Chill until partially set. Fold in nuts. Pour into a 6-1/2 cup mold or 10-12 individual molds and chill until firm.
