INSTRUCTIONS
Beat all ingredients together until light. Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and grapes. Serves 4 to 6. Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese. In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.
