INGREDIENTS

8 oz Cream cheese, softened
227gm
3 T Powdered sugar, 50mL
[icing sugar]
2 T Light cream, 25mL
2 T Orange liqueur, 25mL Or 1
tbsp. undiluted frozen
orange juice concentrate
15mL

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat all ingredients together until light.  Mound on a combination of
fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines  and grapes.  Serves 4 to 6.
Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese.
In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.  Recipe
