INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a food processor fitted with the steel blade, process the cream
cheese, vanilla, and sugar for 5 seconds. Scrape down the sides of
the bowl and process for 5 seconds more, until the frosting is smooth
and combined.
2. Fit a pastry bag with a small, round tip. With a rubber spatula,
transfer the frosting from the processor to the pastry bag. Use to
decorate cake creatively.
