INGREDIENTS
| 3 | oz | Softened cream cheese |
| 1 | lb | Confectioner's sugar |
| 1/2 | ts | Mint extract |
| Red and green food coloring |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and mint until welll blended. To tint, divide in half and tint one half with red and one with green coloring. Pinch off a small amount.
