INSTRUCTIONS
Recipe will make 12 to 16 popovers depending on the size you desire. PREPARATION Preheat over to 400°F. Blend together the eggs, flour, salt and pepper, thyme and nutmeg in a blender container. Blend until well combined, about 15 seconds. Add milk and cream. Scrape down the sides of the container. Place a muffin pan in the over to warm slightly. Remove. Fill each muffin tin half full with batter. Place a piece of the cream cheese in the center of each cup. Pour the remaining batter to fill each cup about two-thirds full. Bake the popovers at 400°F until puffed and golden, about 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
