INGREDIENTS
| 4 | oz | Cream cheese |
| 3/4 | ts | Grated onion |
| 1/4 | c | Homemade mayonnaise |
| 1 | tb | Chopped chives |
| 1/4 | ts | Cayenne |
| 1/8 | c | Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 | sm | Loaf white bread |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl combine first six ingredients and mix well. Cut bread into circles (11/2-inches round) and spread each with cheese mixture. Bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes: longer for crisper puff. The bread may be cut and spread with cheese mixture and then frozen. Bake when ready to use. Yields 2 dozen puffs.
