INGREDIENTS

1 Head cauliflower, broken
into florets
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
2 c Chicken stock
1 Bay leaf, crushed
Salt and white pepper to
taste
1 ds Cayenne pepper
1/4 c Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook all ingredients, except cream, over medium heat for 20 minutes or
until cauliflower is tender. Transfer to blender and blend until
smooth, adding cream. Serve hot.  ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT, 2/3/1988  From a
