Cream Of Coconut Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 Box white cake mix
1/2 c Cooking oil
2 Eggs
1 8-oz sour cream
1 8-oz cream of coconut
1 8-oz cream cheese
1 t Vanilla
1 lb Powdered sugar
2 T Milk
1 Coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together; pour into a greased and floured 9x13
inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. To make
frosting: Combine softened cream cheese, vanilla. powdered sugar and
milk. Spread over cooled cake. Top with coconut.  From <A Taste of
