Cream Of Tomato

INGREDIENTS

28 oz Canned chopped tomatoes
15 oz Chicken broth
2 T Butter
2 T Sugar
1 pn Baking soda
2 T Chopped onion.
2 c Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients (except cream) in pot and simmer for 1 hr.
After simmering is completed heat cream in a double boiler, Just til
begins to boil. Then add to tomato mixture.  This sounds so easy and
basic...you will be suprised at the delicious  flavor! It's fantastic
