CRUST
FILLING
Here is the cream puff dessert recipe I promised. Make and enjoy! I have
made this again and again for family gatherings and potluck, etc. and
always have to share the recipe.
Crust: Bring water and oleo to a boil. Rremove from heat. Add flour and
mix well. Cool a few minutes, then add eggs one at a time beating well
after each. Spread over a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30
Minutes.
Note: This crust will look like craters and mountains as it bakes.
Filling: Mix pudding and milk (I use a wire whisk) till well blended. Add
cream cheese and blend until smooth. Spread evenly over top of cooled
crust. Top with 12 oz. carton of Cool Whip. Drizzle Hershey's chocolate
syrup in horizontal rows, then with a knife, cut through the syrup in
vertical rows for a decorative look.
This is very easy. I have thought of experimenting with different puddings
like pistachio, chocolate, etc. but this is so good just the way it is.
Next up is my favorite butterscotch pie recipe. Later.
