INGREDIENTS

3 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
2 pk (16 oz) of frozen corn
1 cn (12 oz) of skimmed, evaporated milk
1 ts Salt
6 ts Sugar
White or cayenne pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in large Sauce pan, add flour and mix well. Add milk, salt,
sugar and pepper. Stir until all lumps are out. Add corn and cook until it
