6 Ears sweet white corn
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Milk and water; (up to 1)
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Here is another from Fannie Flagg's book. Nadia in Texas
Cut corn off cob, then scrap the cob down with the back of a knife to get
what's left. Cook with butter over low heat and slowly add milk and water
and salt and pepper till you like it. Stir for 10 minutes till just right.
