INSTRUCTIONS
In a glass pie plate stir together the corn and the oil and microwave
the mixture, uncovered, at high power (100%), stirring occasionally,
for 5 minutes. Stir in the bell pepper and microwave the mixture at
high power, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream
and salt and pepper to taste and microwave the mixture at high power
for 3 minutes, or until the cream is almost evaporated.
Serves 2.
