1/2 | c | Cooked clams, minced |
Pastry shells | ||
1 | Mushrooms, 4 1/2oz drained |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and cayenne. Add the half and half all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly.
