INGREDIENTS

1 cn Cream of celery soup (10 oz)
1 tb Flour
4 tb Butter or margarine (or canola oil, but it won't look like theirs)
1/2 ts Garlic salt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 pk Frozen chipped spinach (10oz
1 sm Onion, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

In saucepan on medium heat, stir first five ingredients together with
a wire whisk. Combine it immediately with frozen chipped spinach and
onion. Cook until tender and well-drained.
Nutritional analysis per serving: 109 calories; 7.5 grams total fat;
(4.1 grams saturated fat); 2 grams protein; 7.5 grams carbohydrates;
20.9 milligrams cholesterol; 547.8 milligrams sodium.
