INSTRUCTIONS
In saucepan on medium heat, stir first five ingredients together with
a wire whisk. Combine it immediately with frozen chipped spinach and
onion. Cook until tender and well-drained.

(4.1 grams saturated fat); 2 grams protein; 7.5 grams carbohydrates;
20.9 milligrams cholesterol; 547.8 milligrams sodium.
