INSTRUCTIONS
Put spinach through a meat grinder or chop fine.
Fry the bacon in a heavy-bottom saucepan until golden brown. Add onion and
cook until tender. Add garlic. Remove from heat. Add flour, salt and
pepper. Blend thoroughly. Slowly add milk and half-and-half. Return to heat
and stir until thickened. Add spinach and mix thoroughly. Cook for 3 to 4
minutes.
Makes about 4 servings.

38mg cholesterol. 51% calories from fat.
