1 tb Slivered blanched almonds
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Extra virgin olive oil
1 tb Nutritional yeast
1 ts Soy sauce
1/2 Sheet nori; torn into pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

These are from Sept. 1997 Veggie Life magazine. I have copied only three of
the ones presented:
In a blender, mix together all ingredients, stopping to scrape down sides
as necessary, until smooth. Makes about 1 cup per tablespoon 18.6 Cal, 1 gr
prot., 1.5 gr fat
