Dairy Canadian Brunch for, Salads and, Canadian li 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

5 c Broccoli florets; sliced (1 bunch)
4 c Cauliflower florets; sliced, 1 small head
1 sm Red onion; thinly sliced
1 c Light mayonnaise
1 c Light sour cream
1 tb Granulated sugar
1 tb White vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ds Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

This terrific winter salad is adapted from the best-seller Fare for Friends
(Key Porter Books). It's a pleasant change from the usual tossed salads.
In large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Stir together
mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire
sauce; pour over vegetables and toss. (Salad can be covered and
refrigerated for up to 2 hours.)
Makes about 8 servings.
