INSTRUCTIONS
In food processor process cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, lemon juice,
garlic and salt until almost smooth. Scrape into a bowl. Gently stir in
yogurt, green onions and dill until blended. Cover and refrigerate until
ready to serve. Makes 3 cups.
