1 1/2 c Chicken; cooked and chopped
8 oz Fat-free cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Fat-free mayonnaise
2 tb Onion; chopped
1 ts Onion powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post
lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I
only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all
enjoy these.
Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until coarsely chopped.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons
Calories: 34, Total Fat: trace, Calories from Fat: 14%, saturated Fat:
trace, Cholesterol: 9mg, Sodium: 155mg, Carbohydrate: 2gm, Protein: 5gm
NOTES : This tasty chicken spread came from a member of the Texas church
where my husband served as pastor.  It's great on bread or crackers.
