INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Nonfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 c Buttermilk
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 c Chopped scallions
1 tb Cider vinegar; or white
1/2 ts Dried dill
1/2 ts Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Taste. You
can add more mustard if you want. Chill.
Makes 1 cup.
Serve with cut-up veggies.
