INGREDIENTS

1 Kiwifruit; peeled
1/2 c Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 c Chilled seltzer or club soda
2 ts Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut kiwifruit into quarters. In a blender, at high speed, process
kiwifruit, frozen yogurt, and remaining ingredients one minute. Pour into 2
