1 pk (0.3 oz.) sugar-free lime flavored gelatin
1 c Boiling water
1 c Light evaporated skim milk
2 c Diced fresh fruit; (suggested: apples, bing cherries, oranges, peaches or strawberries)

INSTRUCTIONS

From: Light Cooking (1994)
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.Cool slightly to prevent curdling of
milk. Stir in milk.Refrigerate 'til mixture is consistency of
unbeaten egg whites.Stir in fruit.Pour into 8 inch square pan or 5
cup mold.Refrigerate 'til firm.Garnish with additional fruit.Makes 7
servings.
