Creamy Fruited Mold

INGREDIENTS

cup boiling water
1
cup diced fruit
Gently stir in whipped topping.
INSTRUCTIONS
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O BRAND Gelatin Dessert, any flavor
1 cup cold water or apple juice
1 1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
STIR boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at
least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1 1/4 hours or
until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until thickened
spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
Stir in fruit. Pour into 5-cup mold.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired.
Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
