Creamy Ham And Fettuccine

INGREDIENTS

1 Refrigerated fettuccine, 9
ounces
1 T Vegetable oil
2 Green onions, sliced 1/4
cup
6 oz Thinly sliced fully cooked
ham cut in 1/4" strips
1 c Frozen green peas
1/3 c Plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c Ranch dressing
2 T Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package. 2. Heat oil in
12-inch skillet over high heat. Add onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Add  ham
and peas; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until hot; reduce heat to  low 3.
Stir in yogurt, dressing and milk. Add fettuccine. Cook 2 to 3
minutes, stirring constantly, until hot.  Prep Time: 10 Minutes; Cook
Time: 6 Minutes  Success Tip: Stir-fry dishes cook quickly, so be sure
to start the  fettuccine before beginning to stir-fry.  Health Twist:
For 9 grams of fat and 330 calories per serving, spray  the skillet
with cooking spray instead of using oil, use  Canadian-style bacon
instead of the ham and use reduced-fat ranch  dressing and skim milk.
