INSTRUCTIONS
Place ricotta cheese and honey in a food processor; process until
smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl. Add yogurt, and stir well. Cover
and chill, if desired. Serve with gingerbread, biscuits, waffles, or
pancakes.
