1/3 c Olive oil
1/2 Lemon; grated peel of
1 Lemon; juice of
2 ts Sugar
2 ts Minced green onion
2 ts Dijon mustard
Salt and white pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

For a creamy dressing for green winter salads, try this: In a jar with lid,
combine the ingredients and shake well to blend.  Makes about one-half cup.
