2 t Grated lemon zest
1 T Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 T Minced chives
1 T Chopped fresh basil
2 T Chopped fresh dill
1 T Chopped fresh tarragon
8 oz Silken tofu
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T White wine vinegar
1/2 t Salt, or to taste
1/4 t Pepper, or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in food processor; process until smooth and
creamy. Add additional salt and pepper if desired.  Per (1-tablespoon)
serving: 8 calories (48 percent from fat), 1 gram  total fat (no
saturated fat), no cholesterol, less than 1 gram  carbohydrates, 1 gram
