INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pk | (small) lime jello |
| 3 | oz | Cream cheese |
| 1 | cn | (small) crushed pineapple |
| 1 | c | Whipped cream |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped pecans |
| 1 | c | Marshmallow Fluff |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together cream cheese and crushed pineapple; set aside. Mix together 1 box lime jello, 1 cup hot water and 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff; stir until fluff is almost completely dissolved. Add cream cheese and pineapple mixture; stir well. Pour into mold. When mixture is partially set, mix together whipped cream and pecans; blend into mold. Allow mix to set. Helpful Hint: When removing from mold, place mold in warm water for approximately 2 minutes. Then invert and remove.
