INGREDIENTS

1 Egg
1/2 c Olive Oil
1/2 c Corn Oil
1/3 c Wine Vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese; Grated
1/8 ts Ground Cloves
1/8 ts Tabasco
1 Clove Garlic; Minced

INSTRUCTIONS

With processor running drop in cloves of garlic to mince. Add egg and run
processor until egg turns light yellow. Pour in oils in a light stream to
produce a mayonnaise mixture.  Add remaining ingredients and process with
several on off turns to mix. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.  For
Pasta Caesar Salad I use Radiatore pasta nuggets, chopped tomatoes, chopped
red onion, torn romaine lettuce, fresh garlic croutons, and creamy Parmesan
dressing.
