INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, heat the heavy cream to boiling. Add the green
beans; cook, stirring, until the liquid evaporates and the beans are
tender-crisp and bright green, about 3 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan,
salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, until beans are coated with
slightly melted cheese mixture.
