INSTRUCTIONS
Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
and cayenne pepper in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix well. Cover and
refrigerate until ready to use. Serve as a dressing for you favorite
salad.
