A few thoughts

I know that I am late in expressing my thoughts on these subjects, but I
wanted to wiat until I was sure of my responses.

As far as an alternative for the word "tough", how about stedfast or
discerning.

As far as the difference between sin and evil.
Sin is what God has declared to be wrong and not permissable. Evil is
what the world says is wrong. In light of worldly attitudes the two are
not always inclusive. Sin says that adultery is wrong, the world says
adultery is not really evil. The world says that Christians attitudes
about homosexuals are evil, God however does not say that homosexuality
is acceptable, it is a sin. Sin is a matter og God's will, Evil is a
matter of humanistic, and societal tastes and preferences.

Well that's my two cents.
