by J. Randal Matheny, editorThe editors and writers of Forthright Magazine
wish you and your family a Christmas full of
joy in Christ and replete with the blessings
of God.As a token of our holiday prayers for you, the
following poem is yours to enjoy and share.A HOLIDAY PRAYER
by J. Randal MathenyThis Christmas Eve I still believe
That God with man makes his abode,
That Jesus bore our sinful load,
And we must walk his narrow road. This Christmas Day for you I pray,
That God would fill your mind with peace,
That worldly cares and worries cease,
As trust in Him and faith increase. For this New Year may we see clear
To do God's good and perfect will,
To bear our cross up Calvary's hill,
And make the blessings outward spill.----
