Hello Hope Chest friends! If you've been receiving the Hope Chest for any length of time, you know what respect I have for Nancy Campbell and the Above Rubies ministry. If there is any way you can make it to one of Nancy's retreats, please do! I've been to three of them, and hope I can go this year too! If you contact Christy Preston, the organizer, please tell her you read about this in the Hope Chest! This particular message is about the Florida retreat, but other retreats are planned around the USA and other countries. For more information on this or any other facet of Nancy's ministry, please visit www.aboverubies.orgBlessings,Virginia Knowles~*~*~*~*~*~*~ABOVE RUBIES RETREATwith Nancy CampbellEncouragement for Mothers and Families

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER: Nancy Campbell is publisher of Above Rubies magazine. Based on the scripture from Proverbs 31:10, "Who can find a virtuous woman, for her price is far above rubies..." The magazine is designed to bring strength and encouragement to marriage, motherhood, and family life. Since its inception in 1977, Above Rubies has grown in circulation to over 130,000 and is distributed in 90 countries of the world from its home base in Australia. Nancy has ministered to women in meetings, seminars and retreats across the world: New Zealand, Australia, Israel, Singapore, Malayasia, England, Canada and the United States. She and her husband, Colin, have published study manuals for families, including, "The Power of Motherhood", "God's Vision for Families", "A Change of Heart", and "The Family Meal Table". They have six grown children, including a set of twins, and soon to be eighteen grandchildren so far. Four of their six children are involved in the Christian music industry. Currently they make their home in Tennessee. To find out more about the magazine write: PO Box 681687, Franklin TN 37068 or go to: http://www.aboverubies.org
Come and enjoy Nancy while she speaks on topics such as:
- Fulfilling our roles as Mommies in raising our children to know and serve Jesus wholeheartedly.
- Building Godly generations that can stand firm for God in an uncertain world.
- Providing our families with physical and spiritual nourishment.
- The Power of Motherhood
- The Challenge of Motherhood
- God's Plan and Purpose for Women
A love offering for Nancy will be taken - as she receives no income from Above Rubies. There will also be tapes and books available for purchase.
Music: You will truly enjoy the music ministry of Serene and Pearl - who are sisters... and daughters of Nancy Campbell, as well. Their music is beautiful, anointed and wonderfully uplifting for motherhood! Mothers themselves, their songs speak straight to the heart of the family. It is a real blessing that they will be able to attend to share in the praise and song portions of the weekend. Their music will be available for purchase, as well.
