Another cold night and day

Water is frozen.  Won't thaw at these temps.  Neighbor said it was -28 at the house.

Tonight
Clear. Lows around 14 below. Southwest winds around 15 mph early in the morning. Lowest wind chill readings 28 below to 38 below zero in the late evening and overnight.

Thursday
Not as cold. Mostly sunny until late afternoon then becoming partly cloudy. Highs around 15. Southwest winds around 15 mph until late afternoon. Lowest wind chill readings 27 below to 37 below zero in the morning.
