Basic Menu Tutorial for Cocoa

The video shows one (basic) method for implementing a standard menu and responding to user events. All the written examples I found were complicated by other techniques/technologies, so I thought something simple might help me ( later when I forget how it is done ) and others. It is approximately an 80 MB download in case that matters. The video’s focus is menu implementation, so basics of Objective-C etc. are not explained( but I’d be happy to answer if I’m able ).
