And heaven, before there was a hell;
The Savior, before our sin confounded,
And life, before man lost and fell.The perfect home preceded hope,
Before the Fall were fairest heights;
The Rock predates the slippery slope,
Before the dark flashed heaven's lights.Before there was evil, Eden shone
Its splendor where God and human met;
There was love, before man walked alone,
