Obedience (for children) is part of the Maker's instructions, and there is no guaranteed success without it; for obedience is a God-created way of ensuring that we learn the right habits of living in our early years. To use Paul's word (from Ephesians 6:1), it is 'right' in the sense of being natural for our human development.

We've spent the last week and a half travelling through Ontario, Canada,
on a mission to renew work visas - for which we visited the US Embassy
in Ottawa last Friday. Finally picked our newly (re)stamped passports
yesterday (Tue) afternoon in Burlington, ON.

Last night we stopped in London, ON, and enjoyed meeting with Steve over
dinner last night. It's tough getting away 90 min after Steve's 9pm
deadline ... Hope you sorted out what you still had to do 😉

Today we make tracks back to US & will visit Sherry & Bill Crann out in
the bean fields 🙂
