In efficacious grace we are not merely passive, nor yet does God do some and we do the rest. But God does all, and we do all. God produces all, we act all. My guitar had a simple broken wire at the jack. It only took five minutes to fix. The guy at this store has been really good to me. This is like the fourth time I have had something in there needing some minor repair I couldn't do and it is the first time he has charged me - $5. I know he only did it so I would not complain. The five minute job took an hour because they were so busy. I went in the middle of the day when people are supposed to be at work.

Maybe he did it because he's a really cool guy and recognizes a loyal customer who is also a really cool guy.
