I remember some time back there was some discussion on what basses Mark
King of Level 42 used. Anyway, with all this stuff about Ashdown going
down on the list, I went to the Level 42 link and there was a history of
his basses.www.level42.com/bassography.asp
I freaking KNEW he played Alembic at some point...even thought there was
a signature Alembic Mark King bass. Don't know if that was ever the case
with Alembic or not, but he DEFINATELY played them.Anyway, for any Mark King fans, this is a great page.

"I will always remember the day Rene Descartes died. We had just
finished a wonderful meal and were sitting around plotting our next move
over coffee. The waitress came up and asked, "More Coffee?" Descartes
replied, "I think not." And just disappeared right before my eyes."
