Citric Acid??

mozzarella cheese and it requires the use of it. I can't even find it in
the grocery stores anymore. Everyone is carrying Fruit Fresh with is
ascorbic acid. I just ordered some from Hoegger and was shocked at the
little bit that arrived for the price. I used to be able to buy it in bulk
at the co-op but they tell me they can't get it anymore. Any help would be
appreciated...Deanna
