The unity of the church is to be a reflection of the unity of the one God upon which the church is built. The ideal (unity) and the real (division) do not always match up in the life of the church. A biblical theology of unity reveals a richer and deeper understanding of unity than mere uniformity, but it also holds out the goal of visible unity towards which Christians should aspire. The model of church unity presented in Scripture is a unity-in-diversity which protects it on one side from an over-reliance on human hierarchies but also from too great of an emphasis upon human autonomy... Cocoa/Xcode/IB

I have tried creating a project, and with that window open, when I
click on the MainMenu.xib, instead of launching IB, it flashes onto
the screen briefly, then goes way behind Xcode, invisible style (no
windows or dialogs) does not show the XIB...it is like it flashes
into existence but then gets hidden.

But if I quit Xcode, then the dang things shows up...not wanting to
open up that .xib, but make a new document?

It's very weird.

How are you supposed to work this Xcode/IB mess these days?

If I double click the file in the Finder, MainMenu.xib, it opens up
Xcode.

So, how are you supposed to add objects to your 'nib'?
