Does anyone have a hunk of code that presents the user with a dialog box
that has all the neat pop-ups (or check boxes) that allow the user to
select baud, stop bits, parity, and port for communications?

I was going to write one, but then I just couldn't imagine that someone on
this list hasn't done that already. So, if you have written it and want to
share the code, please let me know. If not, stick around. I'll have some to
share as soon as I get a chance.
