Cycle troubles -EFA

Posted by: kmat <kmat@...>

Hi Debra,

This is an email from July when I asked about the Evening Primrose.
I too, like Jackie have passed large clots...after taking Borage Oil it
helped me a lot....I was needing those essential fatty acids!

I haven't taken anything since, and my periods have not been real
hard (which I'm thankful for) if I need to take anything in the future
I will try the Evening Primrose, and see if it helps like the Borage did.

I hope you figure out what is going on with your cycle!

Blessings,
Pam
in MN

PS For a while I would take it one month, and then not for the next.
