Daisy Patch Farm Update November 19 2013

It's been hectic around here since last Friday night.  I fixed 22 meals for Bill to take with him, some to be shared with his roommate Tiny.  They had chicken and dumplings last night and stuffed peppers tonight.  Waiting for Bill to call to say good night.

Also working in the house trying to get it ready for tomorrow night.  We have nasty weather moving in with single digit and below temps, below zero windchills and snow for tomorrow and Thursday, maybe Friday.  I will be there tomorrow evening regardless.  It will be warm in the house, but it would take a blow torch to keep it warm otherwise.  When Bill was home he ran the generator and that helped, but I don't want to be out in subzero weather trying to fuel it, I will just fire up the old girl and stay warm with a lot less hassle.  Have to get wood into the house tomorrow too.

Had fever and a bad sore throat Monday and today, felt like razor blades, so haven't been working to hard, lots of napping.  So am determined to stay warm.

Just got off with Bill, so will bid you all goodnight and sweet dreams.
