dangers of soy

This is what I found on the dangers of soy. The last site says that if
you eat tofu once a week that you are not in danger. But to avoid all
genetically modified soy products, and the soy biproducts (soy
margarine, tvp, soy protien etc...). That fermented soy products better.
The only soy products he reccommends is miso, tempa, tofu and natto? but
that only a couple of times a week, tofu once.
We eat tofu once a week, but will start eliminate the other stuff. And
my tofu is non gmo.
